MEET THE TEAM
The People Behind the Work

STEVE GRAHAM
Founder & Project Lead
Steve is a self-employed heating engineer who 'dabbles' in the mountains in his spare time. He is the first person from his hometown of Darlington to have climbed Mount Everest, and belongs to a very small and prestigious group of people in the world to have completed the coveted '7 Summits'. He has always been an active person, his greater appreciation for the outdoors developed whilst serving as a RAF Physical Training Instructor, guiding and participating on expeditions at home and abroad.
Whilst in the 12yr process of completing his 7 Summits Challenge, Steve gave numerous talks to schools and businesses in his local area. The support and positive feedback he was given during his visits, inspiring and motivating people whilst raising funds for numerous local and national charities, reaffirmed his desire to give something back to the local community and others who may benefit from his experiences. As well as completing 'The 7 Summits', Steve has also ran numerous marathons and ultra marathons throughout the world, and in 2016 completed the 'Marathon Des Sables' in the Sahara Desert. Steve says, 'I have been lucky enough to have visited some amazing places over the years, both in the UK and abroad, if I can help people improve their physical and mental health, inspire them to realise their potential and achieve ambitions, whilst sharing a fraction of what I've been fortunate enough to have experienced in the outdoors, that would be great!'
